This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions and steps for returning or requesting a refund for a vehicle purchased from Speedhato.
1. Returns
We aim to make your car buying experience as smooth as possible, but in the rare event that you are not satisfied with your vehicle, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:
- Time Frame for Returns: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery or pickup date. After this 7-day period, returns will no longer be accepted.
- Vehicle Condition: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was received. This includes no damage, alterations, or excessive wear and tear. We ask that the vehicle is in its original packaging and that all accessories and documentation are included.
- Mileage Limit: The vehicle must have no more than 200 miles driven from the time of delivery or pickup. If the vehicle exceeds this mileage, we reserve the right to deny the return.
- Inspection Process: Upon receiving the returned vehicle, we will conduct an inspection to ensure that the vehicle is in the same condition as when it was sold. If any damage or discrepancies are found, the return may be rejected.
2. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a return, we will issue a refund based on the method of payment used for your original purchase. The refund process is as follows:
- Refund Processing Time: Once the returned vehicle is inspected and approved, we will begin processing your refund. Refunds typically take between 10 to 14 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on the payment method.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5% of the vehicle purchase price may apply. This fee helps cover the cost of vehicle inspection, cleaning, and administrative fees associated with the return process.

- Custom Orders: Vehicles that were specially ordered or modified according to your specifications (custom colors, interior modifications, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

- Used Vehicles: If purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, we provide a different set of terms and conditions. Pre-owned vehicles may not be eligible for returns unless specified under state or local laws.

- Step 3: Vehicle Return: If the return is approved, you will need to arrange for the vehicle to be delivered back to our showroom at 2030 Walnut St SW, Albany, Oregon (OR), 97321. You are responsible for the cost of returning the vehicle unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Step 4: Refund Processing: Once the return is finalized and the vehicle has passed inspection, we will process your refund and notify you when it has been completed.
